Made with 3D printing technique

‘Vade’ means: go. Let go your beloved one on the moment you are ready for it. Cremation ashes can be buried in one of our biodegradable urns made of plants. The circle is complete when the urn degrades in the soil and the (buried) seeds sprout into a tree, bush or plant. Another possibility is to release the urn into the water so it disappears to the bottom.

In 2019, we started a research in 3D printed urns with biodegradable polymers. The first prototypes have been printed and the degradation tests, which we started early 2020 with material samples, are being closely monitored. This allows us to see whether the biopolymers actually break down in the soil and (natural) water.
